How do I place an order? After selecting the products or blades for purchase from the catalog, please print and complete the order form and fax (

) the form to us. You can also place an order by calling us toll-free at 1-888-469-2523 or by placing an order via email grst@bellsouth.net. An order acknowledgement form will be returned to you confirming the receipt of your order. Please review the order acknowledgement for accuracy and notify us of any corrections or changes.
How do I apply for a credit account? You can apply for credit by completing and returning the credit application. Please fax (919-467-3679) the completed form to us. You will be notified of your credit status via telephone, fax, or email. Payment terms are NET 30.
How do I cancel or change an order? If you notify us before the merchandise has shipped, we can cancel or change the order at no charge to you. If the merchandise has already shipped, you must contact us within 15 days of shipment to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any merchandise. We will provide an RMA number and the address to return the merchandise. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted and returned to the sender at their expense. The merchandise must be in new condition and in the original container along with all documentation. All returned orders are subject to a 20% processing and restocking fee. The customer must pay return shipping.

What if my merchandise arrives damaged? If the package arrives damaged, please contact the delivery service immediately and follow their instructions to file a claim. You must also contact us within 15 days of shipment to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will provide an RMA number and the address to return the merchandise. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted and returned to the sender at their expense.
What if my order is incorrect or missing items or blades? You must notify us within 15 days of shipment of any merchandise shortages or discrepancies. For merchandise shortages, additional merchandise will be shipped as soon as possible to complete the order and you will not be charged for the additional shipping charges.
For incorrect merchandise, contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the return address. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted and returned to the sender at their expense. The merchandise must be in new condition and returned in the original container along with all documentation. We will pay for return shipping on orders that were not filled correctly due to our error. You will also not be charged a 20% restocking fee for orders filled incorrectly.
How do I find out about back-orders? You will be notified of any merchandise on back-order and its estimated ship date as soon as possible. At that time, you can elect to cancel any back-ordered items or blades with the exception of special orders.
We will wait until all back-ordered items or blades have arrived and the order is complete before we ship the merchandise to you. Please notify us if you wish a partial order: the in-stock merchandise now and the back-order item later. You will be charged for each shipment, so partial shipments will cost slightly more than a single shipment.
How do I rush an order? Upon request, an order can be given priority attention and sent via priority shipping. The ability to expedite an order is based on our capacity at the time of the request and the product being in stock and available. I have not received my order. When the order ships, we will provide a UPS Ground, Pro-number, or other shipper number for tracking purposes. You can contact the shipper directly to check on your order. Alternatively, you can contact us at 1-888-469-2523 or via email at grst@bellsouth.net, and we would be happy to check on the status of your shipment.
How do I pay for my order? You may purchase products or blades using either a pre-approved credit account or with any of the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Pre-approved credit accounts terms are Net 30. We can only accept one type of payment per order.
